My Grandmother's name was Emelda St Louis. She was born in Grenada about 1905. We believe her father's name was Mathew St Louis and that she had a sister named Iris St Louis. Emelda St Louis migrated to Panama about age 16. She got married in Panama to James Herbert Nathaniel Hinds (from Barbados). In 1933 she died during child birth at age 28. She is buried in Gatun Cemetery in Panama. She left behind 4 young children: Beryl, Dodson, Evelyn and Maryann. We know Iris St Louis had at least 2 children (from a photograph we have). If anyone knows anything about Emelda please contact me. If you are a descendant of Iris or any other relative please contact me. Thank you.

My recent DNA test shows that I am related to the same St. Louis family in Grenada. I am seeking more information on Emelda St. Louis' half brother born in 1874. There is no given name on record at his birth other than St. Louis. Iris (b. 1878) and Emelda also appear to be half-sisters. All three siblings share the same father. I would be interested in working with you to uncover more details. Please private message me if you are interested.
