There are two entries - baptism and christening - in familysearch for 4 November 1843 in St George, Barbados, If she was born 1842 it is logical she could have been baptised and christened a year later. Thank you for your comments. Everyone is welcome here, as long as they stick to the theme - genealogy research for people of the Caribbean. White, black & otherwise, with all origins and destinations. I have avoided the mainstream research modes because they are all mostly swamped with resources...

For US records, try a simple tip while searching in familysearch: Leave the name of the person you are looking for BLANK (empty), OR just insert the firstname, OR just insert the lastname.
