F83 Lives again! HMS St Albans is first ship to have F83 since HMS Ulster paid off.	HMS St Albans in Scottish Lochs 2005, sent by Lt Cdr RN John Palmer - Weapon Engineer Officer at CO's request.

Does anyone know who complied the 1958-60 Commissioning Booklet?
