I am trying to obtain any information on a Mr. William Edmund Lockyer. He was a school inspector in Manchester and St. Elizabeth some time about 1899 to 1905. He was known as Inspector Lockyer. He was originally from England or Scotland (not sure which). He married Edith Hamilton from Brinkley and they had one son Hugh Lockyer. They live in Watson Hill, Manchester at a house called Cliffs and later at another house called Cottage. Edith was a member of the Lititz Moravian Church and I believe Inspector Lockyer was buried there. Edith's first child was Eulie (or Eulalee) Louise Whitley. Any information or assistance would be appreciated.
