My maternal aunt now deceased was Eudalie Worrell born a Gaskin. She married Walter Worrell who I understand from my family
was from Rockdundo, St. James, Barbados. Walter Worrell was a policeman in Barbados when World War 2 broke out and left the police force and joined the Canadian Army. He saw action in Sicily and Italy. He returned to Barbados after the war, rejoined the police force served for short while then emigrated back to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada where he worked as a steward on the
Canadian National Railway passenger train. After his retirement he died in Winnipeg in 1973.
