PARKER - Martinique

Postby richard » Mon Sep 11, 2006 8:40 am

Richard Oliver - Period 1780 to 1810. Family believed to be a mixture of a French? woman probably called Elizabeth, race and surname unknown, and an English seaman called William Parker or Hyde Parker. Had several children probably born on Martinique. Moved to St Lucia eventually.

Francis Parker and Jane Newbold

My Francis Parker came from (probably) New England. He shipwrecked off the coast of Harbour Island, Eleuthera, Bahamas. He married Jane Augusta Anne Newbold from Harbour Island or Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas. They had eight children near The Bluff, Harbour Island, Eleuthera, Bahamas. One son was named William Henry Parker.

Thanks, Clair Johnson :D
