DEFREITAS - St. Vincent and Trinidad

I am looking for relatives of Conrad Francis DeFreitas. He was my grandfather. I know very little about him. He was born in June 1919 or 1920. He moved to Trinidad and Tobago from St. Vincent (ancestors from Portugal). He was a mailman. Had a daugther named Ingrid. He died when she was 2 in Trinidad, the cause was a ruptured appendix. He was 37 when he died. He had a sister possibly named Stella. Conrad was the only DeFreitas from his family that migrated to Trinidad. Anyone know anything that could help me?
