Correction: Arabella Palmer was Edmond Isaacs Francis' mother. He was a tinsmith His son Edmund Isaacs Francis was a goldsmith. Mary Isaacs was given an acre of land in Arabella Palmer's will. I do not believe they lived in Pondside, but in the Black River area. German Town I believe was in Westmore...

To clarify: both my greatgrandfather and his father were Edmund Isaacs Francis (not hyphenated). GGGrandfather was also spelled Edmond. Edmund/Edmond Isaacs Francis, the son of Arabella Palmer, was my gggrandfather.

He was born in 1832, and was married to Emma McKay. He was the father of Edmund Isaacs Francis and Hubert Isaacs Francis.

Mary Isaacs was also a forebear. They were from Black River.

Your grandfather George's brother William Caswell Nash(1845-1899) was my grandfather Ellsworth's (1895-1963) father. I believe that Ellsworth was the last of ten children. GWN my gg grandfather. Through a cousin met . about a month ago learned that Isobella Ann Richardson was born in Virginia USA ?1820, daughter of Richard H Richardson, draftsman (draughtsman). By my count GWN and Isobella had 12 children. Quite a bit of info found on ancestry.com.
