Re: BRANDON - Jamaica

Jennifer, Anything further linking our families? I still have many many holes in my family tree. The Jamaican Family Search Genealogy Research Library is now totally free. I had a subscription to it years ago and found it useful at that time. I don't know what has changed on the site in the interven...

Re: BRANDON - Jamaica

Hi John,

I didn't find anything in the initial search of my database. My grandfather, Gerald Brandon, had left Jamaica and arrived in Argentina in 1912.

If I find anything, I will let you know.

Take care and happy searching.

Re: BRANDON - Jamaica

Hi Cathy, Ooops. A little difference between farmers and lawyers;) I wonder if the family lawyer was named after this gentlemen? Hopefully some day I will make the connection with the other Brandons. It is somewhat frustrating seeing the names, but not knowing where they fit in. The families seemed ...

Re: BRANDON - Jamaica

Hi Cathy, Thank you for getting back to me. I have heard of the book, but not yet formally placed the order. I am located just outside Toronto, Ontario, Canada, which gives me an advantage, as Marilyn Delevante's brother, Anthony Alberga, lives in Toronto. I have contacted him to order the book. I h...
