I have not tried to read each item, but have tried to give an indication of names shown so that anyone interested can obtain the film from the LDS for further research.

Spanish Ship called “TOMETA KETA”, Commander PETER DE NARA, was stranded and cast away on the shoals of Barbuda an island adjacent about 8 leagues to the north of this island and on arrival of the Spanish 2nd Captain (as he’s called), etc.
About cargo of Spanish coin in silver and gold.

I write in answer to what you ask about my AUNT MRS ANN BARNES. I very well remember her husband, MR. WILLIAM BARNES, when I was a child in Antigua and that she was his second wife is very certain, for I well know MR. JOHN BARNES now in New England who was a son of said WILLIAM BARNES, deceased, and have heard of another son at Bristol, a soap boiler but my AUNT BARNES had no child of her own alive.
I enclose you a line to MR. CHAPPELL with whom MR. ALLEYN has dealt, etc.

Letter 24 June last, that COLONEL HART, His Majesty,s Chief Governor of the island, embarked the 14th for Great Britain.
JOHN GREATHEAD, ESQ. Chief Justice of Antigua.
The Puisine Judges also removed and his brother, COLONEL BURT, MR. BROWN & MR. GORDON put in to supply all three places.

(I think it reads COL. HART removed MR. GREATHEAD from being Chief Justice at St. Christopher)

2nd an action of assault and battery brought by THOMAS BUTLER against JOHN BROWNRIGG, carpenter

3rd CLEMENT CROOK & JUN.n. COF/COS whose father’s Will the said JOHN GREATHEED is one of the Executors and guardians etc.
JOHN GREATHEED brought a verdict against DUPORT for the moiety of one parcel of land containing 30 acres and found the rest for the defendant, etc.

4th that Chief Judge is notoriously guilty of apportioning guilt and costs according to his likes and dislikes to the party or their Council.

5th one SIMON ALLEN sued BENJAMIN ESBRIDGE for Mulattos and Negroes and judgement went for mulattos; jury gave verdict for Negroes.
