Just a few sites that I thought might be of interest.

Handy site to see where in Ireland your surname of interest was most prevalent during Griffiths Valuation published between 1848 and 1864

The Latter Day Saints have filmed and transcribed a lot of Irish records, however recently they `revamped` their site. The new version has more records but is, some say harder to navigate. Below are the links to all their current versions :-

There are few Censuses available as I`m sure you all know but the 1901 & 1911 are free online!

A newcomer to the mix, findmypast has recently put out an Irish version of their site,it`s early days yet so the juries still out. It`s a subscription site but you can join and search for free, worth a look.

This is by no means a definitive list but it might help get you started along with the helpful and very knowledgeable people on this page (and other forums online)

(Hope you don't mind if I add this link to your list.) (from Joanne Perry McKenna)

Many assume that all the Ireland census records prior to 1901 were destroyed. However, census fragments, especially from 1821, survive throughout Ireland. A listing of surviving Ireland census fragments, and which FHL film to order, is available at https://wiki.familysearch.org/en/Ireland_Census_fragments_available_at_the_Family_History_Library
