**CONDITIONS OF CHARTER**
Rates include one hour waiting. After the first hour waiting, a rate of US$50.00 per hour will be charged (* if the aircraft is available for waiting)*, to a total maximum of 4 hours waiting. All freight flights are subject to an extra charge of US$100.
Overnight crew accommodation, if necessary, will be at cost.
All Customs and Immigration Overtime charges are to be paid by the Customer. A late departure fee of US$100.00 to cover airport overtime charges will be charged on all flights after 1800 hours local (6:00 pm).

CONDITIONS OF CHARTER
